Biography
Andrei Kalesnikau is a director, editor, and colorist from Belarus, currently based in Europe. A graduate of the Minsk Film School (2011), he began his creative journey with short films and music videos, gradually expanding his expertise into cinematic post-production and visual storytelling.
Since 2015, Andrei has been working at EPAM, where he serves as a Technical Team Lead in the video production department. He is responsible for designing and overseeing technological workflows, integrating advanced solutions into complex post-production pipelines.
As a filmmaker, he has taken on the roles of cinematographer, director, colorist, and editor across more than 30 short and feature-length projects. His works have been featured at international festivals and recognized for their visual strength and technical precision. Over the years, he has delivered over 1,000 video projects, focusing on pushing the boundaries of digital image creation.
In 2025, Andrei was certified by Avid as a Post Production Producer, further affirming his expertise in managing complex audiovisual productions. That same year, he made his directorial debut in documentary filmmaking with Noack Next (2025).
In 2026, he released the short film Aridane Protocol, continuing his exploration of storytelling at the intersection of technology and human experience.
