Biography

Daniella Adetoye is a British-Nigerian filmmaker, writer, and director. She is based between Kent, London, and Cambridge. Her directing credits include The Death Inheritance (2024), Retake (2025), and For One Night Only (2026). She has also worked across production roles, including sound operator on Glasshouse (2026) and 2nd Assistant Director on Shades of Red (2026). Alongside filmmaking, Daniella has directed for theater, including Ruckus in the Garden (2025), Knights (2026), and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Better (2026), working with ADC Theatre and Footlights. She has trained with the BFI Film Academy through Screen South and Screen Scotland and is part of the NFTS x Disney Academy 2026 programme.
