Colin Chilvers

Biography

Colin Chilvers (1945 – 19 November 2024) was a British visual effects pioneer who earned a Special Achievement Academy Award in 1979 for making Superman fly. He also directed the "Smooth Criminal" segment in Michael Jackson's Moonwalker.
